Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing hello@tenderwise.ca. Cancellation stops the next billing date. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Subscription refunds

If you are not satisfied with your first month, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

First-draft refunds

• If we do not deliver a draft within 3 business days of receiving the documents we asked for, you can ask for a full refund of that draft.
• If the draft is not usable because we misread the tender documents, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it at no charge or refund it.
• We cannot refund a draft because a bid was unsuccessful. Winning a tender depends on many things outside our control, and we do not guarantee results.

How to ask

Email hello@tenderwise.ca with the name of your business and the tender or payment concerned. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
