Terms of service
Last updated: October 27, 2026. These terms are a plain-language draft and are not a substitute for legal advice.
Who we are
TenderWise is an Ontario, Canada business ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@tenderwise.ca.
What we provide
- Tender matching and bid or pass recommendations. We review public procurement notices and tell you which are worth bidding on.
- First-draft bid responses. We prepare drafts using the tender documents and information you give us. Drafts are prepared with the help of AI tools.
Your responsibilities
- You must review, correct and complete every draft before you submit it. You are responsible for everything you submit to a buyer, including its accuracy, pricing, and compliance with the tender rules.
- You must give us accurate information about your business, and the documents we ask for.
- You must only send us documents you are allowed to share.
- We do not submit bids on your behalf.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will win any tender, that a recommendation is correct, or that a draft is free of errors. Tender details can change, and some requirements are only in documents we may not see. Always check the buyer's documents and deadlines yourself.
Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Draft fees are charged when you request a draft. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Confidentiality and your documents
We keep your documents and drafts confidential and use them only to provide the service. See our privacy policy for how we handle information, including the service providers we use.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may change these terms or the service and will tell subscribers by email before a material change takes effect. We may end service to anyone who misuses it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
